We have personal trainers who are ready to create individual training programs, both for in-person training and online training. We also offer classes that focus on “High Intensity Interval Training”. Our 60-minute full-body workouts are designed to burn as many calories as possible and maximize muscle growth.

We understand that life can be very hectic. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling that allows you to book sessions at a time that works best for you. Don’t forget we offer online training which allows you to train from the comfort of your own home!

Of course! When you sign up for our in-person or online personal training, our trainers will create a workout specifically tailored to you.

Yes, all our personal trainers are certified. They are not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also passionate about helping you succeed. They will provide you with the guidance and support you need to overcome your limits and achieve your goals.

Louers Fitness welcomes all levels!

If you attend “in-person” or our group classes, no equipment is required. We have everything you need, but if you sign up for online training, you will need your own fitness equipment.
