We understand that life can be very hectic. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling that allows you to book sessions at a time that works best for you. Don’t forget we offer online training which allows you to train from the comfort of your own home!

If you attend « in-person » or our group classes, no equipment is required. We have everything you need, but if you sign up for online training, you will need your own fitness equipment.
